The safety of our guests has top priority
A successful summer 2020 has shown us that a safe holiday is possible in Hotel Alpina and the arlberg region. We have continuously revised our hygiene concept to fulfill the requirements of the austrian government and more. Together with a few but effective rules, we will now create a positive and safe environment for the summer season 2021 and would like to thank you in advance for your support.
A brief outline of our hygiene measures
For entry to Austria from many European countries such as Germany, the GGG rules apply. You no longer need electronic registration (pre-travel clearance).
Here are all the important entry informationWhen you arrive, we will receive you with the usual Alpina warmth, but will not shake hands.
We expect a valid negative test result or a vaccination certificate from the day of the second vaccination or confirmation that you have had C19 disease.
A face mask is no longer required in the hotel.
We are a member of "Safe Hospitality".
We have our own test station in the hotel. These tests are valid for 48 hours anywhere and are free for guests.
Many of our employees are already vaccinated for Corona, the rest are tested weekly for Covid-19.
Disinfectant dispensers are available for you in public areas.
Years ago we closed our a la carte restaurant to non-hotel guests. This means that only hotel guests are on site.
Our buffets and afternoon snacks take place in the tried and tested form. Please disinfect your hands before and after going to the buffet.
The wellness area can be used without restrictions.
Our housekeeping staff are specially trained for this new situation and we have adapted our cleaning process.
We only clean in the absence of guests and ensure that the rooms are adequately ventilated.
Not only in our hotel, but also in the entire Arlberg region is preparing for a relaxing and safe Summer season 2021.
